Expands the counties where MRIs do not do not require CONs, except for pediatric MRI. Currently a CON is not needed for MRI in counties with populations of 250,000 or greater. The proposal would lower the threshold to 175,000 and likely add Montgomery and Williamson counties to Davidson, Shelby, Hamilton, and Knox counties with more to come pending population growth.Increases the percentage of beds that a hospital may expand every 3 years from 10% to 25% without a CON.Eliminates the need for a new CON if a facility with existing CON that leases its location moves within 2 miles.Eliminates CONs in tier 4 counties(typically more economically stressed) for MRI, independent ERs, outpatient diagnostic centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and home health services. This would likely include Lauderdale, Lake, Hardeman, Mcnairy, Grundy, Fentress, Cocke, Perry, Clay, VanBuren, Morgan, Scott, and Handcock counties.To view HB 75 click here.

Help needed! I've bought glass mosaic from https://zetoglass.info. Just loved their colors and designs. It's also kind of pocket friendly. But know I have one doubt. Anyonе has decorated their kitchen's backsplash with mosaic tiles? The mosaic I've ordered is on net base. How do you feel about mosaic tiles in the kitchen? Does the wall become dirty soon, is it easy to clean? How is it in general? In the they also suggested me taking epoxide grout along with the tiles, it will kind of protect seams from darkening with time and seams will be easy to clean.
